Pre-construction Services
After you contact us, we will immediately schedule you for a free estimate. Our estimation team will meet you at the project location, discuss the project and take measurements. Within 3-5 business days our estimation team will produce a bid document. The document will include both our price for the work and a step-by-step breakdown of how the project will be executed.
Design-Build
After you have agreed to the bid, we will send you a contract. After the contract has been signed, we will immediately begin to work with you to finalize designs. As the designs are finalized our expert carpenters and sub-contractors will begin to work on your project. Throughout the project we strive to make ourselves available for any issues that may arise and to keep you apprised of our progress.
Construction Services
As a general contractor we provide services ranging from kitchen and bath remodels to commercial services. Recent projects we have completed include a dug out at a local high school baseball field, the extension of an ammunition point on a local military installation, an addition with bathroom and storage room to a lake house and a two-story deck. If you need it built, we will do it with quality, integrity and at a fair price.

Mike Martin, owner of MMC Contracting, saw the need for contractors of integrity and felt his previous experience in construction put him in a unique position to fill that need.
